Using Your Superpower (Breath Work):

Heart Breathing: Stop what you are doing for a moment and breath into your heart with me, in this short, mindful breathing video. Relax the nervous system, and make your heart smile. 😎

Turkey Breathing: Try this one to relieve frustration and heated feelings, because we've never met anyone who didn't laugh a little while trying Turkey Breath.

Gratitude Breathing: Gratitude is showing thanks for something, like family, friends, teachers, school, community. Take a moment to give thanks for something meaningful in your own life, and practice gratitude breathing with me!

Craft Ideas:

Make a Gratitude Tree: Print the free gratitude tree and start a new tradition with your family this year!

Plant a Flower Garden: Plant one bed full of flower seeds! When the flowers bloom, make a cut flower garden and give away flowers to family and friends.

Create Notes of Gratitude: Let your kids get crafty and make handmade notes for all the special people in their lives. Just lay out some supplies and let the kids create!

Mindful Meditations:

Holiday Moments with Family and Friends Meditation: Family time during the holidays can feel overwhelming for everyone. 👪👪👪 Use this kid friendly meditation to relax and think about all the moments you have together to be grateful for. 💪😊

Recipe for Happiness: Let’s mix up a recipe for happiness! We’ll add in all the good stuff to help you feel relaxed, calm, and loved.

Full Moon Meditation: Let’s explore the magic of the full moon! Next one is scheduled for Monday, November 27th. 🌚

Must Read Holiday Books:

The Ugly Pumpkin: Poor Ugly Pumpkin just doesn't fit in with all the rest of the Halloween pumpkins... Until he learns to look ahead to a different holiday where he not only fits in but completes the group in every way!

Balloons Over Broadway: Read the TRUE STORY of Tony Sarg and the creation of one of the world's greatest parades, Macy's Parade at Herald Square in New York City!

One is a Feast for Mouse: "One is a feast for me!" exclaims Mouse when he finds a pea the size of his head on the leftover Thanksgiving table. But will he be careful and not let greed for more feast put him in danger? Find out in this adventurous Thanksgiving tale!

Fry Bread: Fry Bread is more than just food... Fry Bread is Family... Fry Bread is Tradition... Fry Bread is EVERYTHING! Recipe at the end of the video!
